Hi there, I'm Kayleen Martin, the Founder and Director of Ripple.
I created Ripple from a simple belief: people matter, and good businesses are built on good people.
With a background in sales, business development and recruitment, I've seen first-hand how much the right people can influence a business — and how much the wrong fit, poor processes or unsupported teams can cost.
That's why Ripple has grown beyond recruitment. Today, we support people and businesses across Recruitment, Human Resources, Health & Safety, and Training & Development.
My role is to make sure Ripple remains what I intended it to be from the beginning: personal, practical and purposeful — a trusted partner that genuinely cares about the people and businesses we work with.
