You'll receive authentic, constructive feedback from a Ripple recruiter who will carefully review your application before a scheduled, pre-prepared 10-minute verbal feedback session. During the session, the recruiter will explain how your documents and communications throughout the application process were interpreted, giving you insight into how you presented, what worked well and where you could strengthen your approach.
