SALT is our Facebook community — a place for encouragement, connection and conversations that matter.
Created to bring people together, SALT is about sharing encouragement, creating positive conversations and reminding people that they don't have to navigate life alone.
It is another way we create connection beyond the workplace and reach people where they are.

THE RIPPLE KINDNESS FUND
KINDNESS IS PART OF WHO WE ARE
Kindness has been part of Ripple from the very beginning.
When Ripple was first created, the decision was made to build giving into the business — contributing a portion of our billable recruitment services to charities, community organisations and causes in the communities we serve.
The Ripple Kindness Fund is a practical expression of that commitment.
It also carries a deeply personal meaning. The Fund was established as a celebration and tribute to Kayleen's eldest son, whose sudden loss in 2019 continues to inspire the heart behind Ripple's commitment to kindness and giving.
Through the Kindness Fund, we contribute both time and financial support to causes that matter — because we believe business can create impact well beyond the people it directly serves.
