If you have applied for a role through Ripple and your application hasn't been progressed, you can request an Application Review within 5 days of being notified that you have been unsuccessful.

A Ripple recruiter will carefully review your application before a scheduled, pre-prepared 10-minute verbal feedback session. During the session, we'll explain how your documents and communications throughout the application process were interpreted and provide clear, constructive feedback on how you presented.

What this service is — and isn't

This is a high-level application feedback service, not a career consultation, coaching session or comprehensive CV review.

We won't provide a written report or undertake a detailed review of every aspect of your application. The purpose is to give you useful insight into how your application was received, what worked well and where you may be able to strengthen your approach for future opportunities.

Feedback will be based on the information available to Ripple and our assessment of your application during the recruitment process.

We cannot provide confidential information about the client, other applicants or the client's internal decision-making process.
