If you have applied for a role through Ripple and your application hasn't been progressed, you can request an Application Review.

We'll take a high-level look at your application against the requirements of the role and other applicant submissions and identify the key factors that influenced our decision not to progress you.

We’ll then schedule a 15-minute phone assessment with a Ripple recruitment professional to talk through our feedback and provide you with clear, constructive insight you can take into your future applications.

What this service is — and isn't

This is a high-level recruitment assessment, not a career consultation, coaching session or comprehensive CV review.

We won't provide a written report or undertake a detailed review of every aspect of your application. The purpose is to give you useful insight into why your application didn't progress and what you may want to consider for future applications.

Feedback will be based on the information available to Ripple and our assessment of your application during the recruitment process.

We cannot provide confidential information about the client, other applicants or the client's internal decision-making process.
