We take the time to understand your experience, strengths and career goals, then identify up to 50 suitable and relevant employers where your background may be of interest. We proactively approach those employers on your behalf, introducing you and your experience with the aim of generating interest in your candidacy.

This means you don't have to wait for the right role to be advertised. We take your profile to the market and represent you directly to employers we believe may have an interest in your skills and experience.

The number of employer responses, interviews, employment opportunities or offers generated from the campaign cannot be guaranteed.

If you are successfully placed in a new role by Ripple a success fee commensurate with your annual remuneration will apply:

up to $59,999 annual remuneration — $500.00
$60-$$74,999 — $750.00
$75-$89,999 — $1,000
$90-$139,999 — $1,250
$140,000+ — POA
