Small talk & formal conversations will help you:
Learn the art of engaging in small talk and formal conversations with confidence
Develop essential language skills and cultural insights to initiate conversations, build rapport, and communicate effectively in various workplace settings
Email & written communication will help you:
Develop written communication skills for professional correspondence, such as emails, reports, memos, and proposals
Teach you how to write clear, concise, and professional messages that effectively convey ideas and intentions
