Greetings & eiquette will help you:

  • Understand the nuances of greetings and workplace etiquette in the Kiwi environment

Telephone skills will help you:

  • Communicate effectively over the phone in professional contexts, including answering calls, taking messages, transferring calls, and handling inquiries or complaints politely and efficiently

Social & networking skills will help you:

  • Engage in small talk, socialise, and network with colleagues, clients, and business partners in English

  • Provide strategies for initiating conversations, building rapport, and maintaining workplace relationships

Small talk & formal conversations will help you:

  • Learn the art of engaging in small talk and formal conversations with confidence

  • Develop essential language skills and cultural insights to initiate conversations, build rapport, and communicate effectively in various workplace settings

Email & written communication will help you:

  • Develop written communication skills for professional correspondence, such as emails, reports, memos, and proposals

  • Teach you how to write clear, concise, and professional messages that effectively convey ideas and intentions

Cultural awareness & etiquette will help you:

  • Navigate cultural differences and develop cross-cultural communication skills for interacting with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds

  • Understand cultural norms, customs, and etiquette in the workplace to avoid misunderstandings and miscommunications

  • Individual session $45 each or buy 5 and get 1 free $225.00 (16% discount)
