  • Is there another way she can receive event updates and book?

    Yes there is.

    Travellers with no computer access can operate a Prepaid Account.

    Prepaid accounts holders are able to phone Kayleen on the 15th of each month to receive event updates and book a seat.

    Prepaid Accounts are to remain in credit to so sufficient funds are available to secure the booking.

    Calls to Kayleen Martin on 027 647 5000 must be:
    - Monday - Friday
    - 8am to 5pm

  • Yes you can.

    Note: Your friend must be registered as a traveller and a seat needs to be booked and paid for them.

  • Can I still register as a traveller?

    Yes you can.

    Provided you are able to step up into and out of a passenger van, you can walk short distances into and out of venues, and you can manage small flights of stairs.

    Please note museum, gallery, and some other events may not be suitable for you.

  • No.

    You are welcome to book only the events you are interested in.

  • We understand that commitments may change on a daily basis but unfortunately we are unable to refund Booking Fees as the hireage of the van needs to be covered even if seats are empty.

  • No.

    There is no membership fee.

    Simply pay a small Booking Fee per event for those you choose to travel on.

  • Not usually but you can discuss this with Kayleen as an exception.

    The Booking Fee usually must be paid to book the seat.
