Drawing on our recruitment and business development expertise, Ripple will position your experience, identify relevant opportunities and proactively approach potential employers and professional connections on your behalf.
This structured service begins with a comprehensive discovery session to understand what you have achieved and where you want to go.
It is followed by a four-week intensive campaign, where Ripple will make up to 50 targeted approaches to prospective employers and relevant professional contacts.
01 — DISCOVER
A comprehensive 60–90 minute consultation to understand your career, experience, strengths, objectives and ideal next opportunity.
02 — POSITION
We develop a clear professional positioning strategy that identifies how Ripple will present your experience and value to prospective employers.
03 — TARGET
Together, we identify potential employers and opportunities that align with your skills, experience and career objectives. We record these in a shared, real-time digital spreadsheet so we can see where we're targeting and how the campaign is progressing.
04 — APPROACH
Ripple will proactively approach up to 50 relevant employer and professional contacts during your campaign.
Our outreach may include personalised prospecting emails, telephone calls or other appropriate professional approaches, at Ripple’s discretion.
05 — REPRESENT
Where Ripple identifies a genuine potential fit, we introduce you to the prospective employer and professionally represent you throughout the initial engagement.
06 — SUPPORT
Where an employer expresses interest, Ripple supports communication and assists you through the recruitment process, including interview preparation, recruitment discussions and offer negotiations where appropriate.
07 — 4-WEEK CAMPAIGN
CV Writing Fee + Talent Agency campaign fee of $1,750 (applies for all remuneration levels).
Success Fee — payable only when you accept an employment offer resulting from our Talent Agency service.
Your success fee is determined by the remuneration associated with the position secured and is outlined clearly when you engage our Talent Agency service.
