Drawing on our recruitment and business development expertise, Ripple will position your experience, identify relevant opportunities and proactively approach potential employers and professional connections on your behalf.
This structured service begins with a comprehensive discovery session to understand what you have achieved and where you want to go.
It is followed by a four-week intensive campaign, where Ripple will make up to 50 targeted approaches to prospective employers and relevant professional contacts.
01 — DISCOVER
A comprehensive 60–90 minute consultation to understand your career, experience, strengths, objectives and ideal next opportunity.
02 — POSITION
We develop a clear professional positioning strategy that identifies how Ripple will present your experience and value to prospective employers.
03 — TARGET
Together, we identify potential employers and opportunities that align with your skills, experience and career objectives.
We track our progress in a shared, real-time digital spreadsheet and continue identifying and refining prospective employers throughout your four-week campaign.
04 — APPROACH
Ripple will proactively approach up to 50 relevant employer and professional connections during your campaign.
Our outreach may include personalised prospecting emails, telephone calls or other appropriate professional approaches, at Ripple’s discretion.
05 — REPRESENT
Where Ripple identifies a genuine potential fit, we introduce you to the prospective employer and professionally represent you throughout the initial engagement.
06 — SUPPORT
Where an employer expresses interest, Ripple supports communication and assists you through the recruitment process, including interview preparation, recruitment discussions and offer negotiations where appropriate.
4-Week Talent Representation Campaign Investment
Professional CV Writing Fee + Talent Agency Fee $1,750 - regardless of your remuneration level.
Success Fee — payable when you accept an employment offer resulting from the Talent Agency service and is scaled according to your actual or estimated annual remuneration rate:
up to $59,999 → $500
$60,000-$74,999 → $750
$75,000-$89,999 → $1,000
$90,000-$139,999 → $1,250
$140k+ pa → POA
The number of responses, interviews, employment opportunities or offers generated from the campaign cannot be guaranteed.
Payment is required in full before the Talent Agency Service commences.
