Immigration with RIPPLE

As you know our immigration policies are changing very soon and it is estimated there will be more than 27,000 NZ businesses needing to apply for the new Accredited Employer Work Visa and 65,000 current migrants in NZ potentially needing to apply for individual visas.  The new visa coming into play with replace 6 existing work visas including the Essential Skills and Work to Residence Visas.

Whether you are a visa holder or a business that employs migrant workers we are urging you to reach out to us now and not to wait until the new rules are in place later this year, now is the time to act.  We expect the system to experience a significant bottleneck as immigration NZ starts to hit its peak season at the same time as it rolls out these policy changes and installs a new IT structure.

Finding a Licensed Immigration Advisor can be difficult.  You need someone you can depend upon and trust, someone who truly knows how to go about immigration and continuously stays abreast of changes and someone whose workmanship is respected by immigration itself, so we have taken the guesswork out of this step and handpicked advisors we are proud to partner with and know will have your best interests in focus.

Immigration processes can be complicated and are best approached tactically and professionally.  Whilst you hear stories of businesses and individuals who have successfully navigated immigration themselves, there are many more who have been unsuccessful and have been penalized for their lack of experience and ignorance of the system.  So, I urge you to invest in getting it right first time with us.

If you are a business owner, we will help you understand the criteria to meet accreditation and your ongoing responsibilities and if you are a migrant worker, we will help you understand your position within the new regime.

Most of us know it is unwise to shirk our legal responsibilities and the penalties for doing this can easily bring a business to its knees and change an individual’s life forever.
