RIPPLE Community Explained

All of us live in a community and some of us own businesses in communities and when I started Ripple Recruitment back in 2017, I felt an obligation and passion to support mine on the Hibiscus Coast.  So, I developed a strategy for ‘giving back’ and contributing to community growth and here are some ways we do this.

1.       50 Below Service: we provide our recruitment services to small and medium businesses who would typically find recruitment agency services cost prohibitive.

Many of our local clients are owner operators and not usually fully seasoned in recruitment and they are time poor to the fullest extent, so when they seek new hires earning below $50k we take away all the hiring headaches.

2.       FIRST & NEXT Chance:  every community has members with a level of vulnerability greater than many and many of them want to contribute to the workplace and they are valuable in the workplace, but they often need a cheer leader, and someone prepared to uncover their abilities and provide opportunities for them and that is what we do.

We believe everyone who wants to be employed deserves the dignity of employment, so we work with local businesses who provide positive, inclusive, and supportive workplaces that nurture strong healthy work relationships and career developments.

We also work with government and private agencies to connect great employers with great employees.

3.       Free Resources:  we are continually growing our online library of free resources for business owners, employers, employees and job seekers.

4.       Kane Kindness Charitable Fund:  we are committed to supporting communities financially and with investments of time.  We donate our time to various causes and all our billable services have a pre-allocated percentage put into a fund.  At the end of the financial year the monies accrued are then donated to charities and organisations in need.
