An assessment and evaluation tool to add value to any organisation.

A fun, interactive, and helpful way to assess communication, address difficult topics, and identify strengths and weaknesses. Through thought-provoking questions, individual reflection, and discussions, any group will understand one another more deeply to perform more effectively.

  • Lack of clarity on where team improvements can be made.

  • Lack of understanding with individuals on how the team can be more effective.

  • Individuals unsure of next actions to be taken in terms of developing their strengths and minimising weaknesses.
