General Format:
This consultative and interactive workshop aims to collaboratively develop a robust Employer Brand (EB) and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) framework that can be further refined by each participant. We suggest following it up with an additional half-day review session before introducing the EB and EVP to the organisational team, allowing for feedback, comments, and securing their buy-in.
