Lockdown 2021 with RIPPLE
Recruiting came to halt in our last lock down and now that we are experiencing another lockdown, I strongly encourage you not to take your foot off the pedal and continue filling your vacancies.
Gearing your business for success will promote preparedness meeting opportunity especially whilst so many industry sectors are bereft of qualified and experienced applicants let alone promising candidates to select from.
Many of you already know I have a passion for supporting my local Rodney District community offering a service newly renamed as RIPPLE Recruitment Rodney. I created this service with the belief that local businesses are entitled to access professional, affordable recruitment services so that owners and business leaders can continue to commit their time and efforts to the core function of the business especially in these times when resources can become more stretched than ever. This is a ‘no success no fee service’ with rates starting lower than can be acquired anywhere else with an accompanying service of commitment more attentive than most and results achieved more quickly than many.
As part of our commitment to the community we also offer our FIRST and NEXT Chance Service. This service was built on my belief that everyone who wants to work deserves the dignity of employment and we recognise there are some members of our community that are vulnerable jobseekers, so we work with local businesses to provide them with positive, inclusive and supportive workplaces that nurture strong healthy work relationships and in return these businesses gain employees with elevated levels of engagement and an increased sense of loyalty along with a willingness to go the extra mile.
Finally, we offer our Applicant Database Management Service to support business leaders who choose to keep their recruitment in house but need a digital system to capture, store and retrieve applicant information easily and securely. RIPPLE offers a partitioned database management space within our system with 24/7 access to your applicants because records management is all about knowing what you have, where you have it and how you can access it quickly.
