Recruiting with RIPPLE in our local New Zealand communities. If recruiting services are affordable and accessible, how likely are you to use them.

I have covered our main recruitment service and now I’m excited to share with you the recruitment services we provide to local community businesses and job seekers.

I am passionate about supporting local and so our Community Aid division was created. 

Along with other services we provide 2 unique recruitment services in this division, our 50 Below Service which is available to businesses employing less than 20 employees and applies to vacancies paying the equivalent of less than $50k per annum and our FIRST and NEXT Chance Service that supports our local ‘vulnerable’ job seekers and our Applicant Database Management Service.

Our 50 Below Service was built on my belief that small businesses need access to professional affordable recruitment services so that the owner/manager can continue to commit their time and efforts to the core function of the business. 

The typical recruitment fee for a position paying $50k is about $5k.  At RIPPLE, our fee is just $950.  You would be forgiven to suspecting that we provide an abridged or even inferior service at that rate, but you’d be wrong.  When you use this service, you will receive the same level of commitment as our full-fee paying clients.  This rate is based on critical mass and whilst the local community continues to take advantage of this service, we can continue to offer it. 

Our FIRST and NEXT Chance Service was built on my belief that everyone who wants to work deserves the dignity of employment and we recognise there are some members of our community that are vulnerable jobseekers, so we work with local businesses to provide them with positive, inclusive and supportive workplaces that nurture strong healthy work relationships and in return these businesses gain employees with elevated levels of engagement and increased senses of loyalty along with a willingness to go the extra mile.

Finally, our Applicant Database Management Service supports the business leaders who choose to keep their recruitment in house but need some digital backup. RIPPLE offers these businesses the opportunity to hire partitioned database management space within our system.  Here you can capture, store, and access your applicant records 24/7 giving you efficient and on-time access to potential workers who want to work for you because records management is all about knowing what you have, where you have it and how you can access it quickly.
