• Applicant Screening assesses active applicants and if you add Database Mining this will further extend your reach beyond passive candidates who are not active in the job board market.

$375.00 + GST per week (minimum 2 weeks)

You've identified candidates who look promising, but you don't have the time to interview them all. We'll conduct structured online interviews based on the requirements of the role.

You'll then receive a concise Candidate Summary Report highlighting the key information from the interview.

You decide who progresses. We give you better information to make that decision.

• After our candidate interviews you will apply your own inhouse screening processes and then you may want to reengage us to conduct a Final Hiring Interview to give you peace of mind around your potential new hire selection.

Before you make the offer, get an independent perspective.

You've completed your own screening and interviews and have a preferred candidate.

Before you commit, engage Ripple to conduct an independent final interview. We'll assess the candidate against the requirements of the role and provide an objective professional perspective on the strengths, potential concerns and areas you may wish to explore before making your offer.

• Before presenting employment documents, we highly recommend you conduct reference checks. If this is process you prefer to overlook or take shortcuts with bring us in to conduct legally compliant and professional checks with our Reference Checking service.

We'll conduct structured reference checks and provide the information back to you in a clear format.

We'll verify the candidate's employment history and explore relevant areas to reveal any information and concerns that have been missed so you get the information you need before making the final hiring decision.

$175.00 + GST per candidate

If the role requires additional assessment, we can organise and coordinate appropriate skills, aptitude or personality assessments.

We'll help identify an assessment suited to the requirements of the role and coordinate the process with the candidate.
